Attendees from Hungary to Haryana touch down in city for the three-day event
More than thousand enthusiasts and professional photographers from 100+ cities, across the world, came down to be part of PEP Photo Summit 2019, Asia’s largest photography learning convention.
The fourth edition took place in the city which was held from May 3 to 5. The three-day unique summit provided an insight into learning the art, business, and craft of photography through the perspective of budding and established photographers.
Pete Souza, the former White House photographer who has served as official photographer for US Presidents Ronald Reagan and Barack Obama, was the keynote speaker and conducted a masterclass to share his knowledge with the audience. Souza has also worked for National Geographic and Life magazines. After September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, he was amongst the first journalists to cover the war in Afghanistan and the fall of Kabul.
Another International celebrity photographer was from New York, Lindsay Adler, who is one of the world’s leading fashion photographers.
PEP started in 2016 as an effort to bring together the community of portrait photographers, photojournalists, wedding photographers and enthusiasts in India and abroad. It was founded by Joseph Radhik, Joshua Karthik and Arjun Rajan, who are photographers and management graduates with over 30 years of corporate experience among themselves.
